WANNATE HT-300

 

Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Keep containers tightly sealed.Store separately from oxidizing agents, acids, alkalis, alcohols and food chemicals, and avoid mixed storage.

 

WANNATE® HT-300 can be diluted with ester solvents, ketone solvents and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, etc.It generally has good miscibility with the above solvents, but the storage stability of the prepared solution must be tested. Only urethane-grade solvents (water content < 0.05%, free of active groups such as hydroxyl or amino groups) shall be used. Aliphatic hydrocarbons are not suitable as diluents.

 

WANNATE® HT-300 shall not be diluted to a solid content below 40%. Solutions with low binder content may become cloudy and precipitate after long-term storage.

 

WANNATE® HT-300 is generally compatible with aliphatic polyisocyanates, aromatic polyisocyanates, polyether polyols and polyacrylates; however, compatibility testing of the formulated solution is required.

 

This product is sensitive to moisture. It is recommended to store the product in the original sealed container under cool and dry conditions at 0~30℃. High-temperature storage will lead to increased viscosity and color number. With proper storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is at least 9 months.
