2. Product Applications
Tolonate™ HDB 75 M is commonly used as a crosslinker for two-component polyurethane coatings based on hydroxyl polymers, especially polyester and polypropylene polyols. It exhibits excellent outdoor durability and mechanical properties, as well as outstanding solvent resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. Tolonate™ HDB 75 M is mainly applied in automotive refinish coatings, general industrial coatings and transportation coatings.

5. Storage and Handling Precautions
Tolonate™ HDB 75 M is sensitive to moisture. It should be stored at room temperature in its original packaging or containers protected by dry nitrogen. Recommended storage temperature: 0–30°C.
6. Compatibility
Soluble in esters, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons. In most cases, mixed solvents of esters and aromatic hydrocarbons are recommended. It is advised to dilute with urethane-grade solvents (water content below 300 ppm). The diluted solid content shall not be lower than 40%, otherwise turbidity, precipitation or even gelation may occur.
7. Shelf Life
Two years when stored in the original unopened packaging at 25°C.
