Description

Wanefoam 325 is a spraying polyurethane rigid foam system. In term of different applications. The system is supplied as two reactive liquid components: Component A is a polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (Wannate2208), and Component B is a formulated polyol system(Wanefoam325).The blowing agent of Component B is HCFC-141b. The combustion property of oxygen index of spray rigid foam from Component B is 25%.

The Wanefoam 325 system is used in the thermal insulation markets, such as industry building, reserve tank, house and refrigeratory storehouse etc. The system is fitted to spray on variety basis material surface, such as steel, cement, stone, wood, brick and other materials. The foam is quickly solidified by spraying, and it has enough rigidity to bear the weight of worker. As with any product, use of the Wanefoam 325 system in a given application must be tested (including field testing, etc.) in advance by the user to determine suitability.

Notice

Wanefoam325 series can be processed and sprayed by high-pressure spraying machine. It is essential to have equipment that consistently delivers accurate amounts of both components to the mixed to achieve a production with high-performance.
Appropriate environmental temperature is between 5°C and 40°C, and the wind speed less than 5m/s. The relative humility is less than 75% and working in raining days is not allowed. If environmental temperature is below 10°C, technical measures should be taken to guarantee the quality.
When spraying, the two components should be mixed above 30°C and make sure the wall surface clean. Thickness of spraying should be made once to meet the required thickness. No fire or smoking is allowed in the construction site. Ventilation is crucial for construction.

Processing Conditions

There can be fine differences in the data with the change of different conditions such as the temperature and the environments. For our products, the listed data is not restricted by law.

Storage and Shelf Life

Component B: The polyol component is hygroscopic and containers must be kept closed to prevent absorption of moisture, which can adversely effect processing. Recommended storage temperature is 5 – 35°C. Shelf life is 3 months, when stored in closed containers at 25°C. After 3 months, it still can be used if it is qualified after test.

Safety Considerations

component B: component B present no significant hazard in use when simple precautions are followed. However, before working with these systems it is necessary to understand the hazards involved and follow safe work procedures.
When working with component B, avoid contact of polyol with eyes or skin. Safety glasses are suggested for use with most polyols. Skin contaminated with component B should be washed with soap and plenty of water. If component B contacts eyes, flush with plenty of low pressure flowing water for 15 mins at least. If irritation occurs from contact with component B, get medical attention. If a polyol is swallowed, give large amounts of water to dilute. Obtain medical attention.

Burning or Explosion Notice

Our products are not in the category of hazardous articles. They are not liquid combustible, explosive, oxidizer, radial or corrosive.
Fire-extinguishing medium: CO2​, foam fire extinguisher or powder fire extinguisher. Fogattack can also be applied when there is not other extinguisher. Once fire is extinguished, the left liquid should be put away.

Leakage Notice

A spot of leakage or spill of liquid can be washed by water. Massive leakage should be collected and the contaminated surface should be washed by water and detergent. The discarded product should be treated according to the local environmental protection regulations.
