Plate Packaging

1. For bulk packaging, classify by plate length, protect the edges with angle iron, and fix with ropes.
2. For boxed packaging, it is advisable to use section steel, metal thin plates, wooden boards, or other materials as packaging boxes.
3. The packaging height shall be jointly determined by the supply and demand parties, and in principle, it shall not exceed 2.8m.
4. It is advisable to use polyethylene film or kraft paper as a liner between the sandwich panels, and the outer surface should be covered with a protective film.

Transportation

1. The product can be transported by trucks, trains, ships, or containers. Trucks can transport in bulk, and other transportation tools should transport in boxes or bundles. During transportation, the stacking height and width should comply with the road transportation regulations of various regions.
2. During the transportation process, the sandwich panels should not be heavily pressed, dropped violently, or collided with sharp objects. They should be laid flat and firmly, tightened with ropes, etc., and be reasonably supported to avoid being pressed or mechanically damaged. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited.

Storage

2. The storage site should be solid and flat. The height of bulk stacking should not exceed 2.8m. The bottom of the sandwich panels should be padded with wooden blocks or foam boards. The distance between the wooden blocks should not be greater than 2.0m, and the padding points should ensure that the sandwich panels do not bend and deform.
3. During storage, keep away from heat sources and fire sources, and do not come into contact with chemical drugs.
4. Store in an environment with a temperature above 15°C. When the temperature is lower than 10°C, it should be cured at room temperature before being moved outdoors.
