Precautions for Use

1. During the installation process, pay attention to labor protection to prevent the panels from falling and causing injuries, as well as scratches from the edges of the panels.
2. The construction site should be a fire-free area, keep away from fire sources, and smoking is strictly prohibited. When there is hot work nearby, the hot work approval system must be strictly implemented, and corresponding safety measures should be taken and monitored by a dedicated person.

Panel Packaging

1. For bulk packaging, classify by board length, use angle iron for edge protection, and fix with ropes.
2. For boxed packaging, materials such as section steel, metal sheets, or wooden boards are preferably used as packaging boxes.
3. The packaging height shall be jointly determined by the supply and demand parties, and in principle, it shall not exceed 2.8m.
4. Polyethylene film or kraft paper is preferably used as a cushion between sandwich panels for isolation, and a protective film is preferably covered on the outer surface.

Transportation

1. The product can be transported by cars, trains, ships, or containers. Cars can transport in bulk, and other transportation tools should transport in boxes or bundles. During transportation, the stacking height and width shall comply with the road transportation regulations of various regions.
2. During the transportation process, the sandwich panels should not be overloaded, dropped violently, or collided with sharp objects. They should be laid flat and firmly, tightened with ropes, etc., and reasonably supported to avoid being pressed or mechanically damaged. Fire and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
3. The storage place should be flat, with reduced vibration and prevention of collisions. It should avoid being pressed or mechanically damaged and have rain-proof measures. Fire and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Storage

1. The sandwich panels should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated warehouse without corrosive environment and protected from rain and snow. When stored outdoors, isolate corrosive media, and take waterproof and moisture-proof measures and avoid direct sunlight.
2. The storage site should be solid and flat. The height of bulk storage should not exceed 2.8m. The bottom of the sandwich panels should be padded with wooden blocks or foam boards. The spacing between the wooden blocks should not be greater than 2.0m, and the padding points should ensure that the sandwich panels do not bend and deform.
3. Keep away from heat sources and fire sources during storage, and do not contact with chemical drugs.
4. Store in an environment with a temperature above 15°C. When the temperature is below 10°C, the polyurethane rigid foam edge-sealed products should be cured at room temperature before being moved outdoors.
