1. Product Overview

Polyurethane Rigid Foam Spray System for Bus Seats utilizes an environmentally friendly fluorine-free foaming technology. This product has good fluidity, and the products made from it have a uniform density. It not only has excellent tear – resistance strength but also features such as light weight, maintenance – free, corrosion – resistance, sound insulation, and flame – retardancy. The manufactured products exhibit:

It is mainly used for manufacturing molded flexible foam products with high resilience and good comfort, especially suitable for the production of seats for cars, high – end tourist buses, and motorcycles.

4. Packaging & Mixing Ratio

Component A: 200 kg/drum (Polyol blend)

Component B: 250 kg/drum (Isocyanate)

Mixing Ratio: 100:45-55 by weight (A:B)

5. Storage & Handling

Conditions:
Temperature: 10–35°C
Protection: Dry, ventilated, away from heat/ignition sources. Strictly avoid rain and sunlight exposure.
Shelf Life: 6 months (unopened). Post-expiry usability requires quality revalidation.
 
This product does not contain organic solvents. During transportation, it can be transported in accordance with the standards for non – hazardous goods. During transportation, it is also necessary to strictly prevent the product from being exposed to rain and sunlight and comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
Smoking and the use of open flames are prohibited in the storage, transportation, and construction sites.
