Applications

Construction Instructions
Mixing Ratio
This product is two-component packaging. A : B = 3 : 1 (by weight) Mix strictly according to the ratio and stir thoroughly before use.
Stir Component A fully until no sediment remains at the bottom of the drum. Weigh Component B accurately per the specified ratio, pour into the mixing container, mechanically stir for 1~2 minutes, transfer to a clean drum and stir for another 1~2 minutes until homogeneous before application.

Notes:
- The above data are laboratory typical values; prepare materials in small batches for on-site use.
- When ambient temperature is above 25 ℃, add 10% epoxy thinner to extend pot life.

Tool Cleaning
Clean with dedicated epoxy thinner.
Keep the construction site well ventilated and prevent dust and impurities from contaminating uncured coating during and after application.

Note: Drying time is affected by temperature, humidity and film thickness.
For optimal adhesion, apply the topcoat while the primer is not fully cured. If the primer is exposed to sunlight for a long time before overcoating, the surface must be cleaned and roughened to ensure good intercoat adhesion.
Substrate Treatment
- Steel substrate: Blast cleaning to Sa2.5; manual power tool cleaning to St3.
- Non-metallic substrate: Completely degrease, remove impurities and loose surface layers; eliminate surface free water.
- Recommended surface roughness: 40–75 μm.
- Water-soluble salt limit: ≤ 50 mg/m² (calculated as NaCl).
Construction Conditions
- No free water on the substrate surface.
- Ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃ during coating; when matching with polyurethane or polyurea, ambient temperature shall not be lower than 10 ℃.
- Substrate surface temperature shall be at least 3 ℃ above dew point. Measure temperature and humidity near the substrate.
- Do not apply coating in heavy rain, snow, sandstorm or other severe weather.
- Maintain good ventilation and isolate all ignition sources on site.
Packaging Specification
- Component A: 15 kg/drum
- Component B: 5 kg/drum
Storage
Store indoors in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse at 5 ℃ ~ 30 ℃. Keep away from heat and ignition sources and keep containers tightly sealed. Shelf life: 12 months from the production date.
Safety Precautions
All open flames are strictly prohibited during material mixing and construction; ensure adequate ventilation at all times. Operators must wear full personal protective equipment and avoid direct skin contact. In case of skin contact, clean immediately with suitable solvent or soapy water. In case of eye splashing, rinse continuously with plenty of clean water while keeping eyes open and seek medical attention immediately.
