MT-061 is a one-component elastic polyurea protective material that requires no mixing and is suitable for manual application. It reacts with atmospheric moisture to polymerize and cure. The material features high tensile strength, high elongation, low water absorption, excellent wear resistance and outstanding weather resistance, and exhibits good adhesion to various substrates. Applications

Construction Instructions
- Before use, check that the coating is uniform and free of precipitation.
- Application methods: Can be applied by scraping coating; after adding 10% special thinner, roller coating is acceptable.
- Tools:
- Scraping: Flat metal/plastic scraper; serrated metal/plastic scraper (tooth height 1–3 mm).
- Roller coating: Short-haired roller with pile height ≤ 5 mm.
- Recommended film thickness: 500 μm. Under standard conditions, the coating can withstand pedestrian traffic after 24 hours.
- Single-pass film thickness shall not exceed 1000 μm. Vertical surfaces shall be applied in multiple coats to avoid sagging.

Notes:
- Under direct sunlight, the maximum recoating interval shall not exceed 24 hours.
- Drying time is affected by temperature, humidity and film thickness; higher temperature & humidity and thinner film accelerate drying.
Substrate Treatment
Concrete Substrate
Remove surface dust, loose mortar and alkaline substances; keep the concrete surface dry and free of moisture. For high waterproof requirements, primer is recommended. After primer curing, apply topcoat in multiple passes for better appearance.
Metal Substrate
Sandblast to Sa2.5 grade.
Welds & Defects
- Grinding with grinding wheel: Smooth burrs and protrusions for seamless transition.
- Manual grinding: Use angle grinder for uniform full coverage grinding, then clean up dust thoroughly.
Ensure the substrate surface is clean, oil-free and dust-free before construction.
Construction Conditions
- Suitable ambient temperature: ≥5℃; relative humidity: 10%~80%.
- Substrate surface temperature shall be at least 3℃ above dew point (measured near the substrate).
- Do not apply coating in fog, rain, snow, heavy sandstorm and other severe weather.
- Keep good ventilation at the construction site and isolate all ignition sources.
Packaging Specification
10 kg per drum; customized packaging available.
Storage
Store indoors in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse at 5~35℃. Keep away from heat and ignition sources, and keep containers tightly sealed. Shelf life: 6 months under recommended storage conditions.
Safety Precautions
All ignition sources are strictly prohibited during material mixing and construction. Constructors must wear personal protective equipment. In case of skin contact, wipe off immediately and rinse with clean water. In case of eye splashing, flush continuously with plenty of clean water and seek medical examination promptly.
