WANKETONE® MIBK is a colorless transparent liquid at ambient temperature with a camphor-like odor. It is slightly soluble in water and readily soluble in ethanol, ether and other organic solvents.

 

As an excellent solvent, WANKETONE® MIBK is mainly used for spray paint, coatings, nitrocellulose, certain fiber ethers, camphor, oils and fats, natural and synthetic rubber. It also serves as a raw material for rubber antioxidants.

 

 

 

Store WANKETONE® MIBK in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area. Keep away from direct sunlight and high temperature, heat sources and ignition sources. Ground and bond containers and equipment to prevent static electricity accumulation. Store the product in a separate approved warehouse.

 

When stored under specified conditions with containers tightly sealed, the product shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
