WANOL® R4110 is a sucrose and glycol-based polyether polyol with good compatibility with pentane blowing agents. It is suitable for the production of rigid polyurethane foams, especially for building panels, insulated pipelines, wood imitation materials and other foam applications.

WANOL® R4110 is a sucrose and glycol-based polyether polyol with good compatibility with pentane blowing agents. It is suitable for the production of rigid polyurethane foams, especially for building panels, insulated pipelines, wood imitation materials and other foam applications.
With higher functionality than conventional polyether polyols, WANOL® R4110 endows finished foam products with better physical properties.

Packaging and transportation options include iron drums, IBC totes, flexible liquid bags, tank containers and road tankers.
Storage and Handling Precautions
The product shall be hermetically stored in containers made of steel, aluminum, PE or PP. Nitrogen blanketing of containers is recommended.
Store WANOL® R4110 in a dry environment below 50℃. Avoid direct sunlight, water sources and heat sources. Storage above 60℃ will cause product performance degradation. Short‑term temperature rise or drop has little impact on product quality. Note that viscosity will increase significantly at low temperatures, which may cause difficulties in production and processing.
Shelf Life
Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life of WANOL® R4110 is 12 months from the production date.
