WANOL®POP2140 is suitable for the production of high-resilience flexible polyurethane slabstock foam, cold-cure molded foam and integral skin foam materials. It can enhance the load-bearing performance of foam, and is mainly used for manufacturing automobile seat cushions, steering wheels, armrests, as well as saddles for bicycles and motorcycles.

Packaging Specification
The product is packed in 200 kg painted steel drums. If required, flexible liquid bags, IBC totes, tank containers or road tankers can be adopted for packaging and transportation.
Storage and Handling Precautions
Container: The product shall be hermetically stored in containers made of steel, PE or PP. Nitrogen blanketing for the container is recommended.
Temperature and Environment: Store WANOL®POP2140 in a dry environment with the storage temperature kept below 50℃. Avoid direct sunlight, water sources and heat sources. Storage temperature above 80℃ will lead to deterioration of product quality. Short-term temperature rise or drop has little impact on product quality. It should be noted that the viscosity of the product will increase significantly at low temperatures, which may bring difficulties to production and processing.
Shelf Life
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life of WANOL®POP2140 is one year. Expired products can still be used if they meet the technical specifications after inspection.
