Product Application
WANOL® R2490 is a sorbitol-based polyether polyol. It is suitable for manufacturing various rigid polyurethane foams, especially foams used for refrigerators, building panels, thermal insulation pipelines and other applications. WANOL® R2490 features higher functionality than ordinary polyether polyols, enabling finished foam products to achieve superior dimensional stability.

Packaging
The product can be packaged and transported in iron drums, IBC totes, flexible liquid bags, tank containers or road tankers.
Storage and Handling Precautions
The product shall be hermetically stored in containers made of steel, aluminum, PE or PP. Nitrogen blanketing of the container is recommended.
Store WANOL® R2490 in a dry environment with temperature kept below 50°C. Avoid direct sunlight, water sources and heat sources. Storage temperature above 60°C will lead to product quality deterioration. Short-term temperature rise or drop has little impact on product quality. It should be noted that the viscosity will increase significantly at low temperatures, which may cause difficulties in production and processing.
Shelf Life
Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life of WANOL® R2490 is 12 months from the production date.
