Description
Product Application
Rigid polyurethane foam continuous panels feature low thermal conductivity, high strength, low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability at both low and high temperatures, long service life, superior sound insulation and good structural support. Rigid polyurethane foam exhibits strong adhesion to inorganic materials such as steel plates without spontaneous peeling, further enhancing thermal insulation and waterproof performance.
WANEFOAM 2260 is specially formulated for high-pressure continuous production lines of rigid polyurethane foam panels with high production efficiency. The foaming reaction proceeds steadily to deliver stable product performance. It requires supporting online pentane blending, and the foam core achieves Class B2 flame retardancy.
Product Application
WANEFOAM 2260 is widely used as structural and thermal insulation materials in petroleum, chemical engineering, construction, packaging, refrigeration, military industry, aerospace, aviation, transportation and industrial design fields. It is especially suitable for thermal insulation of building walls and roofs.

Usage Precautions
WANEFOAM 2260 is applicable to high-pressure continuous production lines for rigid polyurethane foam panels. Before production, inspect and calibrate the feeding ratio and mixing pressure of the polyol and isocyanate components.
The Buyer must conduct pre-production trials to verify the applicability and reliability of the system for specific processes. Formal production shall be deemed as acceptance of product qualification. Any consequences arising from non-compliant operation shall be borne solely by the Buyer.
Packaging Specification
Packaged in 200 kg green steel drums.
Storage & Handling Precautions
The system shall be stored in airtight sealed containers to prevent moisture absorption. Keep containers dry and sealed during transportation and storage.
Store WANEFOAM 2260 indoors in a well-ventilated place at 0~35°C. Avoid long-term storage above 40°C to prevent massive foaming agent volatilization and performance deterioration.
Shelf Life
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months. Expired product may still be used after passing re-inspection.
Safety Precautions
Direct contact with WANEFOAM 2260 may cause moderate eye irritation, mild skin irritation and skin allergy. Repeated inhalation of high-concentration vapor may induce respiratory allergy. Seek immediate medical treatment with anti-inflammatory and anti-allergy symptomatic therapy.
Operate with caution to avoid direct skin contact and eye splashing. Wear necessary protective equipment including gloves, goggles and work clothes.
In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water for at least 15 minutes; wash skin thoroughly with soapy water and seek medical attention if needed. If swallowed, seek immediate medical treatment for symptomatic management.
Fire and Explosion Hazards
This product is not classified as flammable liquid, explosive, oxidizer, corrosive substance, toxic substance or radioactive hazardous goods during storage and transportation.
Fire Extinguishing Media
Use carbon dioxide, foam or dry chemical powder extinguishers. If no other media is available, fine water mist can be sprayed. After fire suppression, thoroughly clean all spilled material. Fire-fighting operation shall follow standard protective procedures.
Spillage Disposal
Small spills may be flushed away with water. For large spills, contain and recover the material, then clean contaminated areas with water or detergent. Waste material disposal must comply with local environmental protection regulations.
