Product Application
WANEFOAM®2830-D is a rigid polyurethane foam continuous panel system, suitable for n-pentane foaming systems. When combined with WANNATE 2408, it produces foam products with excellent flame retardancy.
Panels manufactured with WANEFOAM®2830-D feature outstanding thermal insulation performance and good dimensional stability. Its fire performance meets Class B1 per GB 8624-2012, with a limiting oxygen index of 30% per GB/T 2406.2-2009.
Product Application
This product is applied to multi-component rigid polyurethane foam panel continuous production lines. Prior to formal use of WANEFOAM®2830-D, pre-production trials must be carried out to verify the reliability of the system for specific product manufacturing.

Notes
- Foaming formula: WANEFOAM 2830-D compounded with n-pentane, catalyst and WANNATE 2408; material temperature 29°C; mass ratio 100:(8–11):(3–7):(175–190). Mix by electric stirring at 2500 r/min.
- Operated in accordance with instructions herein, the overall density of finished panels is above 38 kg/m³.

Usage Precautions
WANEFOAM®2830-D is designed for multi-component continuous production lines of rigid polyurethane foam panels. Before use, inspect and calibrate the flow rate and mixing pressure of each component.
During production:
- The chain plate temperature of the laminator is recommended at 60~70°C;
- Upper and lower steel plates shall be kept clean with temperature controlled at 35~45°C;
- Prior to pouring, steel plates shall be treated by corona treatment, and the lower plate shall be glued;
- Discharge temperature shall be maintained at 28~32°C.
The construction site shall be a fire-prohibited zone with good ventilation, kept away from ignition sources and strictly no smoking. Hot work must follow official approval procedures with dedicated safety measures and on-site supervision.
The Buyer must conduct trial production under actual operating conditions before formal production to confirm process reliability. Commencement of formal production shall be deemed acceptance of product qualification. Any liabilities arising from non-compliant operation shall be borne by the Buyer.
Packaging Specification
Packaged in 200 L green steel drums.
Storage Precautions
Store the system in hermetically sealed containers to prevent moisture absorption. Keep containers dry and sealed during transportation and storage.
Store WANEFOAM®2830-D in a cool, well-ventilated indoor area at 5~35°C. Avoid direct sunlight and long-term storage above 40°C, which will cause heavy volatilization of blowing agent and deterioration of product performance.
Shelf Life
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months. Expired product may still be used after passing re-inspection.
Safety Precautions
Direct contact with WANEFOAM®2830-D may cause moderate eye irritation and mild skin irritation.
Handle with care to avoid skin contact and eye splashing. Wear mandatory protective equipment including gloves, goggles and work clothes.
In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water for at least 15 minutes; wash skin with soapy water and seek medical attention if necessary. If swallowed, seek immediate symptomatic medical treatment.
Fire and Explosion Hazards
This product is not classified as flammable liquid, explosive, oxidizer, corrosive substance, toxic substance or radioactive dangerous goods during storage and transportation.
Fire Extinguishing Media
Use carbon dioxide, foam or dry chemical powder extinguishers. If no other media is available, fine water mist spray may be used. After fire is extinguished, clean up all spilled material thoroughly. Firefighting shall be performed with standard personal protection.
Spillage Disposal
Small spills can be flushed away with water. For large spills, contain and recover the material; clean contaminated areas with water or detergent. Waste disposal must comply with local environmental regulations.
