Product Application

WANAMINE® 2300 is a pale‑yellow to brown solid at ambient temperature.

WANAMINE® 2300 is mainly applied in mid‑to‑high‑grade epoxy intermediate and topcoats, internal lining and external anti‑corrosion protection for metal pipelines, and other fields.

Storage & Handling Precautions

Store WANAMINE® 2300 in a cool, well‑ventilated area away from ignition sources and heat. Protect from direct sunlight and keep containers tightly sealed. Store separately from oxidizing agents, isocyanates, peroxides and strong acids; do not store mixed with these substances. Do not store in reactive‑metal containers. Freezing shall be avoided.

Appropriate types and quantities of fire‑fighting equipment shall be available. Spill‑response equipment and suitable containment materials shall be provided in the storage zone.

Recommended Melting Conditions

It is a normal phenomenon that the product solidifies or crystallizes at low temperatures. It is recommended to heat the product to 60‑80 ℃ and stir until the material is fully homogenized prior to use.

It is recommended to exhaust the contents once the drum is opened. Heating with an open lid, excessive heating duration or repeated heating cycles are not advised, as these operations carry a risk of colour darkening.

Shelf‑life

When stored under specified storage conditions in hermetically sealed packaging from the date of manufacture, the product shelf‑life is 24 months. Keep away from heat sources and humid environments during storage.
