WANNATE TT-350B

WANNATE® TT-350B is an aromatic polyisocyanate based on toluene diisocyanate. It appears colorless or pale yellow, is liquid at room temperature, and has a solvent-like odor. It is supplied at approximately 50% in butyl acetate.

WANNATE® TT-350B is mainly used as a curing agent component for fast-drying two-component polyurethane coatings.

Store WANNATE® TT-350B in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Keep containers tightly closed. Store separately from oxidizing agents, acids, alkalis, alcohols and food chemicals, and avoid mixed storage.

 

WANNATE® TT-350B can be diluted with ester, ketone and aromatic solvents such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, etc. It generally has good miscibility with the above solvents, but the storage stability of the prepared solution must be tested. Different storage conditions may result in different storage stability. Use urethane-grade solvents (water content <0.05%, free of reactive groups such as hydroxyl or amino groups).

 

Solutions with low resin content may become cloudy and precipitate after long-term storage.

 

WANNATE® TT-350B is generally compatible with aliphatic polyisocyanates, aromatic polyisocyanates, polyether polyols and polyacrylates, but the compatibility of the formulated solution should be tested.

 

This product is sensitive to moisture; it is recommended to store in the original sealed container. Recommended storage temperature: 0°C to 30°C. Storage at high temperatures will cause viscosity increase. Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life of this product is at least 12 months.
