Product Introduction
wanfoam® 1021 adopts eco-friendly fluorine-free foaming technology. Foams produced from this polyol-isocyanate system feature outstanding elasticity, permanent shape retention, soft texture and excellent tear resistance. The material delivers simple processing and high one-step moulding efficiency inside moulds.
Performance Features
This material boasts favourable flowability, uniform foam density, superior tear strength, light weight, maintenance-free property, corrosion resistance, sound insulation and flame retardancy.
Application Scope
Primarily for moulded flexible foam products requiring high resilience and superior comfort. Especially suitable for car seats, luxury coach seats, motorcycle saddles, mattresses and premium sofas.

1.Two-component foaming system; material temperature: 21°C. Weight mixing ratio A:B = 100 : 45–55. Mix manually with an electric stirrer at 2000–2500 rpm.

Storage & Handling Precautions
Store the product in cool, ventilated and dry warehouses. Protect from rain and direct sunlight; isolate from ignition sources and heat sources. Recommended storage temperature range: 10–35°C.
When kept in unopened original packaging, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture. Materials exceeding shelf life may still be used if all technical indexes pass inspection in accordance with product specifications.
This product contains no organic solvents and may be shipped as non-dangerous goods. Protect from rain and direct sunlight during transportation, and comply with all relevant regulations of transport authorities.
Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in storage yards, transport vehicles and production sites.
Shelf Life
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life of WANFOAM 1021 water-blown polyurethane high-resilience seating system is 6 months. Materials past the 6-month shelf life can be reused upon passing qualification testing.
