Carfil® 9240NP is a non‑ionic polyurethane thickener for thickening of various aqueous systems, especially suitable for emulsions, creams, color cosmetics, hair care and other fields. Carfil® 9240NP is a high‑efficiency Newtonian thickener which can effectively increase the high‑shear viscosity of aqueous systems while delivering excellent leveling performance.Carfil® 9240NP features favorable environmental‑friendly properties: manufactured by Wanhua’s proprietary Unicap™ technology, it has ultra‑low VOC and ultra‑low odor. It is free of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO), organotin compounds and any organic solvents.

 

Biocides: Phenoxyethanol 6500‑7500 ppm and Caprylyl Glycol 2500‑3500 ppm. Attention shall be paid to the deactivation effect of other formulation ingredients and pH value on biocides during application.

The shelf life of this product is 12 months starting from the production date. For materials exceeding the shelf‑life period, performance evaluation prior to use is recommended.This product must be fully protected against frost. After opening the package, appropriate filtration is required before use, and the product shall be consumed as soon as possible.
