WANOL®POP2045 is applicable to the production of conventional flexible polyurethane slabstock foam. It is used to improve the load-bearing performance of foam, and mainly applied in the manufacturing of mattresses, sofas, garment materials and other products.

Packaging Specification
Packaged in 200 kg painted steel drums. Custom packaging and transportation methods such as flexible liquid bags, IBC totes, tank containers and road tankers are available upon request.
Storage & Handling Precautions
- Container: The product shall be hermetically stored in containers made of steel, PE or PP. Nitrogen blanketing of the container is recommended.
- Temperature & Environment: Store in a dry environment below 50℃. Avoid direct sunlight, water sources and heat sources. Storage temperature above 80℃ will cause product performance degradation. Short-term temperature rise or drop has little impact on product quality. However, the viscosity of the product will increase significantly at low temperatures, which may cause difficulties in production and processing.
Shelf Life
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life of WANOL®POP2045 is one year. Expired product can still be used if it complies with the technical specifications after inspection.
