Store WANNATE® TT-150B in a cool, dry and well‑ventilated warehouse. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames. Keep containers tightly closed. Store separately from oxidizing agents, acids, alkalis, alcohols and food chemicals, and avoid mixed storage.

 

WANNATE® TT-150B can be diluted with esters, ketones and aromatic solvents such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, etc. It generally has good miscibility with the above solvents, but the storage stability of the prepared solution must be tested. Different storage conditions may result in different storage stability. Use urethane‑grade solvents (water content <0.05%, free of reactive groups such as hydroxyl or amino groups).

 

Solutions with low resin content may become cloudy or form precipitates after long‑term storage.

 

WANNATE® TT-150B is generally compatible with aliphatic polyisocyanates, aromatic polyisocyanates, polyether polyols and polyacrylates. However, compatibility testing of the formulated solution is required.

 

This product is sensitive to moisture. It is recommended to store in the original sealed container. Recommended storage temperature: 0 °C to 30 °C. Storage at elevated temperatures will cause viscosity increase. Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is at least 12 months.
