Wanhua Energy – Saving Holds Special Lectures and Trainings on Studying the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

On March 1st, Wanhua Energy – Saving held special lectures and trainings on studying the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in the conference room of Wanhua Group. Wang Yaoxi, the secretary of the Party branch of Wanhua Energy – Saving Group, and the representatives of Party members of the company attended this meeting.

Wang Yaoxi preached the spirit of the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to everyone and pointed out that “We must unswervingly be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply understand, accurately grasp and effectively implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, strengthen the ‘Four Consciousnesses’, firm up the ‘Four Spheres of Confidence’ and ensure compliance with the ‘Four Subordinations’ to ensure the full, accurate and effective implementation of the decision – making and deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.” At the same time, the meeting organized a centralized study of the new Party Constitution and carried out discussions to transform the new ideas and requirements put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into new ideas and measures to promote work, and truly implement the spirit of the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

In the special training on “Enterprise Operation and Contract Management”, Wang Yaoxi, the president of Wanhua Energy – Saving, personally gave a lecture. The management of the company, all functional departments and colleagues from subsidiaries participated, and the training site was full.

During the training, Wang Yaoxi led everyone to deeply understand the operation of the enterprise from the perspective of the macro – economic operation environment, put forward the core goal of enterprise operation: maximizing value, and made a detailed explanation on how to “increase revenue” and “cut costs”. When referring to the contract management work, President Wang explained from the aspects of the contract subject, delivery method, price, payment method, invoice, quality and safety, liability for breach of contract and contract effectiveness, and pointed out that once the contract is signed, it has legal effect. Although a series of contents in the contract seem ordinary, any negligence and small loopholes may become risks. During the teaching process, based on his many years of management practice experience, Wang Yaoxi analyzed the possible problems and corresponding solutions in the work in an easy – to – understand way through the interpretation of the company’s classic cases, and emphasized that the experience and lessons brought by the past projects should be highly valued, which will provide strong support for the company’s future development.
