Wanhua Energy Conservation’s 2021 “Spark Plan” new employee training has been successfully completed

From July 6 to 9, 2021, Wanhua Energy Conservation Group held a four-day “Spark Plan” new employee training. A total of 28 new employees from various subsidiaries and departments of the group participated in the training.

On July 6, Gao Yingdi, vice president of Wanhua Energy Conservation Group, was invited to the training site to exchange ideas with new employees and give a speech. Mr. Gao warmly welcomed the arrival of new employees and welcomed everyone to join the Wanhua Energy Conservation family. From July 6 to July 9, the Human Resources Department organized new employees to participate in team ice-breaking activities and training courses. The courses revolved around safety and fire protection knowledge, financial reimbursement processes, office systems and informatization, introductions to major business products, transitions from campus to workplace, emotional stress management, workplace etiquette and other related content. Through classroom lectures, on-site visits, sharing and summarization, new employees are guided to quickly enter their work roles.
