WANOL C2004

 

WANOL® C2004 is a propylene glycol-based polyether polyol. It is suitable for the production of polyurethane elastomers, especially polyurethane coatings, adhesives, sealants and other related applications. Polyurethane foams prepared from WANOL® C2004 exhibit excellent physical properties.

 

Packaging and transportation options include iron drums, IBC totes, flexible liquid bags, tank containers and road tankers.

 

The product shall be hermetically stored in containers made of steel, aluminum, PE or PP. Nitrogen blanketing of the container is recommended.

 

Store WANOL® C2004 in a dry environment below 50℃. Avoid direct sunlight, water sources and heat sources. Storage temperature above 60℃ will cause product quality deterioration. Short-term temperature rise or drop has little impact on product quality.It should be noted that the viscosity will increase significantly at low temperatures, which may cause difficulties in production and processing.

 

Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life of WANOL® C2004 is 12 months from the production date.
