B2 grade rigid polyurethane foam spray system for building exterior walls adopts an environmentally friendly foaming agent with ultra-low thermal conductivity.Used with WANNATE®208 ,it can be applied on cement,brick,wood and other substrates with strong adhesion,excellent dimensional stability and outstanding flame retardancy.Combustion performance meets B2 grade (GB 8624-2012).

Application
This product is used in spray insulation for cold storages,food factories,chemical plants,industrial buildings,civil buildings,various pipelines and storage tanks.
It is a fast-curing system that allows immediate loading ,suitable for most spray insulation applications. A trial test must be conducted before use to ensure reliability for the specific project.

Notes
1.Foaming requirements:material temperature 25°C,volume ratio 1:1 ,mechanical mixing at 2500 r/min.
2.Under proper operation,foam density from high-pressure spray machine is above 35 kg/m³.

Instructions for Use
- Equipment:High-pressure spray machine.Check and calibrate material ratio and mixing pressure before use.
- Environment:Ambient temperature 10~40°C,wind speed ≤5 m/s (Level 3),relative humidity <75%.No construction in rainy days.Take measures if temperature <10°C.
- Operation:Maintain material temperature >30°C at gun;keep substrate clean and dry.Spray thickness1–1.5 cm per pass (excluding primer).Apply next layer only when previous layer is tack-free.Comply with GB 50404-2017 Technical Code for Rigid Polyurethane Foam Thermal Insulation and Waterproof Engineering.
- Safety:Site is fire-prohibited with good ventilation.No smoking.Hot work requires approval,protection and supervision.
- Pre-test:Conduct on-site trial under actual conditions before formal construction.Non-compliance shall be buyer’s responsibility.
Packaging
200L green steel drum.
Storage Instructions
Store in sealed containers to avoid moisture absorption.Keep dry and sealed during transportation and storage.
Store at 5~35°C in a cool,ventilated area away from direct sunlight or prolonged exposure above 40 °C to prevent foaming agent volatilization and performance degradation.
Shelf Life
6 months under proper storage.Reinspect before use if expired.
Safety Precautions
Direct contact may cause moderate eye irritation,mild skin irritation or skin allergy.Repeated inhalation of high-concentration vapor may cause respiratory allergy.Seek medical treatment immediately with antiinflammatory and anti-allergic treatment.
Wear gloves,goggles,protective clothing during handling.
In case of skin or eye contact,rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes;wash skin with soap.Seek medical help if necessary.Ingestion:seek medical treatment immediately.
Combustion and Explosion Hazards
Not classified as flammable liquid,explosive,oxidizer,corrosive,toxic or radioactive dangerous goods in storage and transportation.
Extinguishing Media
CO₂,foam,dry chemical powder.Fog water may be used if no other agents are available.Clean up spilled material after fire.
Spillage Disposal
Small spill:rinse with water.Large spill:contain and recover;clean contaminated area with water or detergent.Dispose waste in accordance with local environmental regulations.
