Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area. Keep in the original sealed container of Wanhua Chemical.Recommended storage temperature: 0~30℃. Protect from moisture, heat sources and foreign contaminants.This product is sensitive to moisture. Storage at high temperature (≥30℃) will cause darkening of color and increase of viscosity.

 

WANNATE® HT-400 can be diluted with esters, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons and other solvents, such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, No. 100 solvent oil and their mixtures.Generally, it has good compatibility with the listed solvents, but the storage stability of the diluted solution should be tested.Polyurethane-grade solvents (water content < 0.05%, no reactive groups such as hydroxyl or amino groups in the solvent) shall be used. Aliphatic hydrocarbons are not suitable as solvents.

 

The solid content of WANNATE® HT-400 shall not be diluted below 40%. Long-term storage of low-solid-content solutions may result in turbidity and precipitation.

 

In general, WANNATE® HT-400 is compatible with the following products: aliphatic polyisocyanates and aromatic isocyanates; hydroxy polyesters and hydroxy acrylates.However, compatibility testing is recommended before each blending application.WANNATE® HT-400 has poor compatibility with branched hydroxy polyesters.

 

This product is sensitive to moisture. The shelf life is 6 months when stored in the original sealed container under cool and dry conditions at 0~30℃.
