WANNATE TL-75E

 

Store WANNATE® TL-75E in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. This product is flammable; keep away from ignition sources and heat. Anti-static measures must be taken. Keep containers tightly closed. Store separately from oxidizing agents, acids, alkalis, alcohols and food chemicals, and avoid mixed storage.

 

WANNATE® TL-75E can be diluted with ester, ketone and aromatic solvents such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, etc. It generally has good miscibility with the above solvents, but the storage stability of the prepared solution must be tested. Different storage conditions may result in different storage stability. Use urethane-grade solvents (water content <0.05%, no active groups such as hydroxyl or amino groups).

 

Solutions with low resin content may become cloudy and precipitate after long-term storage.

 

WANNATE® TL-75E is generally compatible with aliphatic polyisocyanates, aromatic polyisocyanates, polyethers, polyesters and polyacrylates. However, compatibility testing of the blended solution is required.

 

This product is sensitive to moisture; it is recommended to store in the original sealed container. Recommended storage temperature: 0 °C to 30 °C. Storage at high temperatures will increase viscosity. Storage at lower temperatures may cause solidification, which is reversible by brief heating and does not affect product quality.Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is at least 9 months.
