Urosin 4633

Urosin® 4633 is an aliphatic UV‑curable aqueous polyurethane‑acrylate dispersion for wood coatings and other applications. It is widely used as adhesion primer for kitchenware, flooring and furniture. It delivers outstanding wetting and penetration on wood substrates. The cured film features excellent flexibility and hardness. In addition, it exhibits excellent compatibility with colorants and water‑re‑emulsifiable property.Approximately 38 % dispersed in water, neutralized with triethylamine (<1 %).Biocides: CMIT/MIT 3:1 at 12 ppm and MIT at 100 ppm.

The shelf life of this product is six months starting from the production date. For materials stored longer than six months, performance evaluation prior to use is recommended.This product must be fully protected against frost. It is recommended to consume the whole content once the package is opened. Appropriate filtration shall be performed before use.
