Product Description
Adwel® 1633D is a waterborne polyurethane dispersion designed for heat-activated waterborne polyurethane adhesives. It adheres to most natural and synthetic substrates and delivers outstanding bonding strength. Solvent: Acetone < 1%. Biocide content: 28 ppm CMIT/MIT (3:1 blend) and 120 ppm MIT.

Precautions for Use
- Only deionized water shall be used for emulsion dilution; tap water may cause flocculation, demulsification and other defects.
- Compatibility and storage stability tests must be performed prior to blending this product with other raw materials.
- When mixing Adwel® 1633D with acidic emulsions such as VAE, adjust the pH value of the acidic emulsion to 7.0–8.0 in advance.
Storage
The shelf life of this product is six months from the production date. A complete performance evaluation is required before use once the shelf life expires. Recommended storage temperature range: 5–30°C. Storage below 5°C will lead to viscosity elevation or irreversible damage to the product. Long-term storage at elevated temperatures may degrade product performance and result in sedimentation or coagulation. Store away from light and keep packaging intact; otherwise, water evaporation will form a surface film on the product. Skinning and caking are inevitable during storage and transportation due to the film-forming characteristic of the product, so filtration must be carried out before use.
