Adwel 1633

Adwel® 1633 is an anionic aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion formulated for vacuum forming adhesive. It features low activation temperature and fast crystallization rate.Solvent: Acetone < 1%. This product is free of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO), organotin compounds and organic amine neutralizers.Biocide dosage: 49 ppm CMIT/MIT (3:1 blend) and 100 ppm MIT.

The shelf life of this product is six months starting from the production date. A full performance evaluation is required before use if the shelf life has expired.The recommended storage temperature range is 5–35°C. Storage below 5°C will lead to viscosity increase or irreversible damage to the product. Long-term storage at high temperatures may impair product performance and trigger sedimentation or coagulation.Store away from light and keep packaging intact; otherwise, water evaporation will form a surface film on the product.Skinning and caking are unavoidable during storage and transportation due to the film-forming property of the product, so filtration must be performed before use.
