Product Description

Vesmody® H400 is a waterborne acrylic polymer emulsion with hollow particle structure. It entraps air during drying to deliver hiding power. Meanwhile, its spherical particle structure reduces excessive agglomeration of titanium dioxide, effectively boosting titanium dioxide utilization efficiency. This allows reduced titanium dioxide dosage in formulas and cuts raw material costs.
 
This product is ammonia-free and low-VOC.
 
Biocide System: CMIT/MIT (3:1) at 14 ppm, MIT at 240 ppm.

Application Instructions

 
When using hollow latex particles such as Vesmody® H400, direct contact with high-concentration solvents and plasticizers shall be avoided. Excessively high solvent concentration may destabilize latex particles.
 
To guarantee optimal performance of this polymer, it is recommended to add Vesmody® H400 during the dilution stage of coating production.
 

Storage

Store in a dark, cool and dry location with storage temperature controlled between 5 °C and 35 °C, and keep packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is twelve months counting from the production date. Performance evaluation is recommended prior to use if the shelf life has expired.
 
This product must be fully protected against frost. Once the package is opened, filter the material properly before use and consume it all promptly.
