Wanhua Energy Conservation R&D Center Project held a groundbreaking ceremony
On July 9, 2020, the groundbreaking ceremony of Wanhua Energy Conservation R&D Center was held at the headquarters of Wanhua Energy Conservation Group. Wanhua Energy Conservation Group Chairman Ren Ruizhou, Vice President Gao Yingdi, Yu Yu and relevant employee representatives and project construction related units attended the ceremony and laid the foundation for the project.
Yu Yu delivered a speech on behalf of the company and said, “The start of construction of the R&D center is a major event marking the company’s entry into a new starting point, a happy event to enhance the company’s image, and a good thing to promote the company’s development. The R&D center project was officially started on May 27, 2019. It is located at No. 127 Changjiang Road, with a construction area of approximately 37,000 square meters and a building height of 91.3 meters. There are 21 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The construction period is 18 months, with a total investment of 135 million yuan. It is a comprehensive multifunctional office building integrating headquarters office, technology research and development, business reception, and conference training.
The project is located in the core area of Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone and is a key construction project in the strategic development plan of Wanhua Energy Conservation Group. With the policy advantages of the free trade pilot zone and the high-tech industry cluster effect, the R&D center will play a huge role in connecting with government platform projects, carrying out technical cooperation through multiple channels, focusing on building a talent highland, and upgrading the scientific and technological innovation platform.
