From June 27 to 29, the 21st China Housing Expo, co-organized by the Science and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the China Real Estate Association, and the China Architecture Culture Center, kicked off at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. Wanhua brought a new generation of high-performance polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation products to help build high-quality, comfortable and livable houses with excellent performance. Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Ni Hong and other leaders visited Wanhua’s booth and spoke highly of Wanhua’s high-performance new generation of PIR insulation products.
01. Performance
The high-performance new generation of polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation products have significant advantages in the application process:
①Excellent insulation performance: PIR insulation performance is more than twice that of rock wool, and the thickness of the insulation layer is greatly reduced;
②Thin thickness and light weight: PIR weighs 1/8 of rock wool;
③Strong thermosetting fire resistance: Carbonized in fire, the fire resistance is closest to rock wool, and it is better than thermoplastic materials;
④Good waterproof and vapor permeability: Waterproof and thermal insulation are integrated, moisture permeable and non-condensing;
⑤Good corrosion resistance and durability: It has been in actual application for more than 50 years.
02. Application system
①Wall insulation: Provide 4 application systems according to customer needs: external insulation thin plastering system, external insulation decorative panel system, injection insulation structure integration, spray internal insulation system.
②Roof insulation: Achieve full adhesion and seamless spray roof, replace a waterproof layer, and waterproof compartments for permanent roofs.
③ Floor insulation: Create an integrated floor with insulation and sound insulation to improve living comfort.
At the same time, Wanhua launched system solutions such as low-carbon energy-saving polyurethane door and window curtain wall system and polyurethane ultra-durable floor, which greatly improved the livability of residential buildings.
