Archsol 8563

Archsol® 8563 is a hydroxyl acrylic dispersion applicable to floor coatings, construction machinery, metal anti-corrosion and other fields. It can react with isocyanate curing agents or other crosslinkers to prepare waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings, and can also be blended with amino resins or blocked isocyanates to manufacture waterborne one-component baking coatings.It is dispersed in a water / butoxypropanol solution at approximately 50% concentration with a water-to-butoxypropanol ratio of around 47:1.1.Neutralizer: N,N-Dimethylethanolamine (dosage <2 wt%), bonded into salt form.Biocide content: CMIT:MIT = 3:1 at less than 0.014‰; BIT at 0.200‰.

Store in a dark, cool and dry environment at a temperature range of 5–35°C with intact packaging. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the production date. For expired material, performance evaluation is recommended prior to use. The product must be fully protected against freezing. After opening the package, filter the material appropriately before use and consume as soon as possible.

 

The viscosity of this product is mainly affected by pH value. The pH value may decrease during storage, accompanied by viscosity reduction. The viscosity can be restored to the original level by adding a small amount of 10% triethanolamine aqueous solution.
