Precautions for Use
- Only deionized water shall be used for emulsion dilution; tap water may cause flocculation, demulsification and other defects.
- Compatibility and storage stability tests shall be conducted prior to mixing this product with other raw materials.
- Mixtures blended with isocyanate curing agent must be fully consumed within 4 hours. Unused mixture shall not be poured back into the original adhesive container.
Storage
The shelf life of this product is six months from the production date. Performance evaluation is mandatory before use once the shelf life expires. Recommended storage temperature range: 5–35°C. Storage below 5°C will lead to viscosity rise or irreversible damage to the product. Long-term storage at elevated temperatures may degrade product performance and cause sedimentation or coagulation. Store away from light with intact packaging; otherwise, water evaporation will form a surface film on the product. Skinning and caking are inevitable during storage and transportation due to the film-forming property of the product; filtration is required before use.
