From October 28 to 30, the 2018 China International Plastics Exhibition was held at the Nanjing International Exhibition Center. Wanhua’s all-water-based soft polyurethane foam combines material advantages and operational advantages. It is a 100% all-water-based on-site soft foaming thermal insulation material and the best solution for passenger car thermal insulation. It has the characteristics of low odor, low TVOC, high flame retardancy, thermal insulation, mildew resistance, moisture resistance, sound insulation and noise reduction, energy saving and environmental protection.

The polyurethane composite material for mine reinforcement can achieve the reinforcement of the mine layer by quickly bonding the broken coal and rock layers. It is mainly used for the reinforcement of broken coal and rock layers, the sealing of gas cracks and the plugging of small flow leakage. It has the characteristics of low odor during construction and no pollution to water quality and soil.

The environmentally friendly foaming system polyurethane rigid foam plastic uses HFC-245fa (third-generation foaming agent) and HCFO-1233zd(E) (fourth-generation foaming agent, also known as LBA) to replace the traditional HCFC-141b (second-generation foaming agent) foaming agent, reducing the damage to the ozone layer and having a lower thermal conductivity, which is reduced by 7%.
