Product Description

Vesmody® C20 is a pure‑acid high‑efficiency dispersant with superior environmental‑friendliness. It is suitable for dispersing various powders and shows good compatibility with coating systems. It is widely applied in water‑borne coatings, papermaking industry, water‑based inks and other fields. Solvent: Water. Biocide: (CMIT/MIT = 3:1) 0.049‰, MIT 0.240‰.

Formulation & Application

Vesmody® C20 is a free‑flowing liquid for convenient addition. Ensure the system pH is kept within 7.0‑9.0 before addition. The dispersant shall be added prior to powder dispersion.

Subject to differences in system PVC, solid content and addition dosage, the dosage of Vesmody® C20 shall be adjusted according to the working viscosity of final products. The recommended dosage is 0.1‑1.0 % based on powder mass (as‑supplied basis). The exact addition amount shall be determined by pre‑tests prior to paint adjustment.

Storage

Store in a dark, cool and dry location within a temperature range of 5‑35 °C with intact packaging. The shelf‑life is twelve months from the date of production. Performance evaluation is recommended before use if the shelf‑life has expired. The product shall be strictly protected against frost. It is recommended to consume the full contents once the package is opened.
