Leasys 3102

Leasys® 3102 is an anionic aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion with self-matting property. It can be blended with waterborne polyurethane varnish or acrylic varnish to adjust gloss, elasticity, tactile feel and other properties of coating layers, and is also applicable for standalone use. The coating exhibits superior durability and physical properties after high-temperature embossing. It is widely applied in leather finishing, textile printing coatings, soft-touch inks and other fields.Biocide content: 49 ppm CMIT/MIT (3:1 blend) and 200 ppm hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂).

Store in a cool, dry and shaded area with intact packaging, and maintain storage temperature between 5°C and 35°C. The shelf life of this product is six months from the production date. Water separation and slight sedimentation may occur during storage, which will not affect performance after thorough stirring. A performance evaluation is recommended prior to use once the shelf life expires.The product must be fully protected against freezing. Skinning may inevitably occur during storage and transportation; appropriate filtration before use is required, and the product shall be consumed as soon as possible.
