Lacper 4101

Lacper® 4101 is an oil-modified waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It exhibits excellent wetting performance on wood grain vessels, along with outstanding film fullness, transparency and warm wood tone effect. Whether formulated into one-component or two-component systems, it delivers fast hardness build-up and excellent adhesion to various substrates including PU, PE, UV coatings and melamine boards. In addition, this product features exceptional ethanol resistance and superior color development for waterborne dyes, making it suitable for waterborne tinting applications.This product contains zero solvents, is free of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO), and no organotin substances are intentionally added. It is neutralized with less than 1% triethylamine.Biocide content: 12 ppm CMIT/MIT (3:1 blend) and 100 ppm MIT.

Store in a cool, dry and shaded area with intact packaging, and maintain storage temperature between 5°C and 35°C. The shelf life of this product is six months from the production date. A full performance evaluation is recommended prior to use once the shelf life expires.The product must be strictly protected against freezing. It is recommended to consume the entire contents after opening the package, and proper filtration shall be carried out before use.
