Crysol 6120

Crysol® 6120 is a waterborne polyurethane dispersion manufactured with special self-crosslinking technology, specially designed for plastic coatings. It exhibits excellent miscibility with waterborne polyurethane dispersions and acrylic emulsions.It is dispersed in water / N-ethylpyrrolidone at a mass ratio of approximately 58.8 : 1.2 with a solid content of around 40%, and neutralized with less than 1% triethylamine.Biocide content: 15 ppm CMIT/MIT (3:1 blend) and 100 ppm MIT.

Store in a cool, dry and shaded area with intact packaging, and maintain storage temperature between 5°C and 35°C. The shelf life of this product is six months from the production date. A performance evaluation is recommended prior to use if the shelf life expires. The product must be fully protected against freezing. After opening the package, filter the material appropriately before use and consume it as soon as possible.
