Wantipro 0678

Wantipro® 0678 is a hydroxyl acrylic emulsion specially developed for aluminum flake baking coatings. No thickener is required for this resin; high thixotropy can be achieved directly by adding amine neutralizer, delivering excellent aluminum flake alignment effect. Neutralize with less than 1% N,N-Dimethylethanolamine.Biocide content: 49ppm CMIT/MIT (3:1 blend) and 240ppm MIT.

For baking coating systems, ensure the pH of the base material blended with Wantipro® 0678 is above 7.0 prior to adding amino resin; otherwise, abnormal coating stability will occur.

 

Store in a cool, dry, shaded environment with intact packaging; the storage temperature shall be maintained between 5°C and 35°C. The shelf life of this product is twelve months from the production date. Performance evaluation is recommended prior to use if the shelf life expires. Strictly prevent the product from freezing. After opening the package, filter the product appropriately before use and consume it as soon as possible.
