Wantipro 0676

Wantipro® 0676 is an anionic hydroxyl acrylic emulsion. It is formulated to be matched with amino curing agents for manufacturing metal baking coatings. It delivers high gloss, high hardness and outstanding solvent resistance, together with excellent adhesion to various metal substrates.Biocide System: CMIT/MIT (3:1) at 49 ppm and MIT at 240 ppm.

When used together with amino resin, adjust the paint slurry containing Wantipro® 0676 to pH above 7.0 with pH regulator prior to adding amino resin. Otherwise, abnormal coating stability will occur.

 

Store in a dark, cool and dry location with storage temperature controlled between 5 °C and 35 °C, and keep packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is twelve months counting from the production date. Performance evaluation is recommended prior to use if the shelf life has expired.This product must be fully protected against frost. Once the package is opened, filter the material properly before use and consume it all promptly.
