Carfil SA2

INCI Name: Acrylates CopolymerCarfil® SA2 is a lightly cross-linked acrylate copolymer emulsion. It can rapidly build system viscosity after neutralization, featuring excellent rheological balance and suspension stabilization capacity with simple and convenient operation. It is mainly used as a rheology modifier for wash & care products.In high-concentration surfactant formula systems, Carfil® SA2 delivers effective suspension, stabilization and thickening performance. In addition, it enables the manufacture of transparent products with high surfactant loading. The polymer synergizes with surfactants and salts to offer efficient suspension, stabilization and thickening effects. Carfil® SA2 rheology modifier is an ideal auxiliary for personal cleansing products.

Store in a dark, cool and dry location with storage temperature maintained between 5 °C and 35 °C, and keep packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is 12 months counting from the production date. Performance evaluation is recommended prior to use if the product exceeds its shelf life.This product must be fully protected against frost. Once the package is opened, appropriate filtration is recommended before use, and the material should be consumed as soon as possible.
