Carfil C80

INCI Name: CarbomerCarfil® C80 Carbomer is a highly cross-linked acrylic polymer in white powder form with strong hygroscopicity. After neutralization, its carboxyl groups become ionized. The mutual repulsion of negative charges stretches molecular chains, and together with hydrogen bonding, the product rapidly builds system viscosity, delivering excellent rheological balance and suspension stabilization capacity.Carfil® C80 functions as suspending, stabilizing and thickening agent in emulsions, creams, gels, personal cleansing and other applications. It is an ideal rheology modifier for personal care industry.

Store in a dark, cool and dry environment with storage temperature controlled between 5 °C and 35 °C, and keep packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is 24 months counting from the production date. Performance evaluation is recommended prior to use if the product exceeds its shelf life.This product must be strictly protected against moisture absorption. Once the package is opened, appropriate filtration is recommended before use and the material shall be consumed as soon as possible.
