Wanhua Energy Saving was invited to participate in the “Cold Chain Energy Technology” Innovation Talent Training Alliance of Tianjin Commercial University
In order to adapt to the new needs of talent training in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry under the new development pattern and strengthen the main position of school-enterprise collaborative education, Wanhua Energy Saving Yantai Company was invited by Tianjin Commercial University to participate in the establishment ceremony of the “Cold Chain Energy Technology” Innovation Talent Training Alliance and the first “Craftsman Class” selection launch ceremony on May 19, to help integrate industry and education.
The meeting was held in the library of Tianjin Commercial University. More than 150 people attended the meeting, including relevant persons in charge of 27 well-known industries, enterprises, and academic (association) associations, the Organization Department of the Party Committee, the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, the Teacher Work Department of the Party Committee, the Student Work Department of the Party Committee, the Academic Affairs Office, and the School of Mechanical Engineering. Wang Lei, chief engineer of Wanhua Energy Saving Yantai Company, donated teaching equipment to the “Cold Chain Energy Technology” talent training on behalf of the company to help students in school have a deeper understanding of the current advanced cold chain refrigeration and insulation technology and construction technology, and more intuitively feel the development of cold chain insulation technology.
Both the school and the enterprise agree that the establishment of a “talent training alliance” will help deepen the collaborative education of industry, academia and research, promote the improvement of the quality of talent training in a new round, and better cultivate outstanding talents in the refrigeration industry.
In the wave of development of the cold chain and refrigeration industry, Wanhua Energy Conservation has occupied a place in the industry with its advanced scientific research strength, excellent product quality and professional construction technology.
