Shandong Grouting Material
Shandong Grouting Material
As a high-performance concrete material, Shandong grout is widely used in the construction engineering field due to its advantages such as high strength, early strength, micro-expansion, good fluidity, and durability. It can effectively fill structural gaps, enhance foundation bearing capacity, and is commonly used in various scenarios including secondary grouting of equipment foundations, grouting of steel structure column feet, grouting of bridge bearings, and foundation reinforcement of high-rise buildings. The division of its strength grades is mainly based on the cubic compressive strength standard value, with different grades corresponding to different engineering requirements. The specific classifications and applications are as follows:

General Strength Grades of Shandong Grout

C60 Strength Grade

C60 is one of the most widely used basic grades among Shandong grout. Its 28-day cubic compressive strength standard value is not less than 60MPa, and it also has excellent fluidity and early strength development capacity. Usually, the 3-day strength can reach more than 70% of the design strength, meeting the needs of rapid construction.

This grade of grout is suitable for conventional engineering scenarios that require a certain bearing capacity but not ultra-high strength. For example, the installation and grouting of general mechanical equipment such as small machine tools, water pumps, and fans; the repair of cracks in factory floors; the reinforcement of beams and columns in ordinary civil buildings; and the splicing grouting of prefabricated components. Like a reliable "medium-strength strongman", it stably bears loads under conventional working conditions, ensuring the basic needs of equipment operation and structural safety.

C80 Strength Grade

The performance of C80 grade grout is further improved. Its 28-day cubic compressive strength standard value is not less than 80MPa, the early strength develops faster, the 1-day strength can reach more than 40MPa, and the micro-expansion performance is better. It can effectively avoid shrinkage and cracking of the grouting layer, ensuring tight bonding with the base layer.

It is suitable for engineering scenarios with high requirements for strength and stability. For example, the column foot grouting of heavy mechanical equipment (such as rolling mills, crushers, large generator sets), the reinforcement of equipment foundations in industrial plants, the bottom grouting of high-rise structures (such as chimneys and water towers), and the local repair and reinforcement of bridge piers. As a "strong strongman", it can withstand greater mechanical loads and structural stresses, providing solid guarantee for projects under high-load working conditions.

C100 and Above Strength Grades

C100 and above belong to ultra-high strength Shandong grout. This type of material is compounded with special aggregates and high-performance admixtures. Its 28-day cubic compressive strength standard value is not less than 100MPa, and the strength of some high-end products can reach 120MPa or even 150MPa. It also has good impermeability, frost resistance, and erosion resistance.

Its application scenarios are concentrated in special projects with strict requirements for structural strength and durability. For example, the bearing grouting of long-span bridges, the core tube foundation reinforcement of super high-rise buildings (above 30 floors), the structural grouting of special facilities such as nuclear power plants, and the grouting operations in complex environments such as deep-sea projects and underground comprehensive pipe galleries. Like a "super strongman", it carries huge structural weight and complex loads with ultra-high strength, providing core support for the long-term safety and stability of key projects.

Special-Purpose Strength Grades of Shandong Grout

In addition to general strength grades, Shandong grout also has customized special strength grades according to special engineering environments and usage requirements. Its strength indicators are comprehensively determined in combination with working condition characteristics.

High-Temperature Resistant Grout

This type of grout needs to work for a long time in high-temperature environments (usually above 50℃, and up to 200℃ in some scenarios). In addition to meeting strength requirements, it must also have excellent high-temperature stability to avoid strength attenuation, deformation, and cracking at high temperatures. Its strength grade is usually adjusted between C60-C100. For example, the grouting of boiler foundations and structures around metallurgical kilns will determine the specific strength grade according to the working temperature and bearing requirements, ensuring that sufficient structural strength and stability are maintained under high-temperature working conditions.

Low-Temperature Resistant Grout

Suitable for projects constructed in winter or serving in low-temperature environments (below -10℃), the strength grade is mostly C60-C80. Through special formula optimization, it can normally set and harden at low temperatures, avoid frost damage, and ensure that the design strength meets the standards. It is commonly used in bridge emergency repairs in northern winters and outdoor equipment installation grouting.

Corrosion-Resistant Grout

For environments with acid-base erosion and salt spray corrosion such as chemical plants, sewage treatment facilities, and marine engineering, the strength design of this type of grout usually adopts C80 and above grades. It not only has ultra-high strength but also improves corrosion resistance by adding anti-corrosion components, ensuring long-term use without failure in corrosive media and guaranteeing the durability and safety of the structure.

In addition, there are grouts with special functions such as freeze-thaw resistance, high fluidity, and non-shrinkage. Their strength grades are comprehensively set according to specific functional requirements and engineering bearing standards to achieve precise matching of performance and strength.
